Fighting the Dowry System | Fixing India

This week Fixing India is dismantling the nonsensical economics of dowry system.

Athrunisa, a young girl from Uttar Pradesh was beaten and abused within a week of her marriage, because she couldn't give dowry to her in-laws. They sent her back home.

All she wanted was a respected and happy life. In this episode of Fixing India, our community correspondent Brahmajeet is trying to solve this massive issue of dowry in our country.
